I really enjoy a great workout. When you know that nutrition is just as important as exercise and your thinking affects everything then you are halfway there!

So what's the other half? Changing habits and being consistent is important as well. It's more about a lifestyle and a way of being.
I was fortunate to have a brother who introduced me to fitness. We spent a lot of time at the gym together and so now I'm very thankful for how comfortable I am even when he's not there.

I have also enjoyed having a trainer and like to vary my workouts.

My focus right now is on nutrition, weight training, core stability and flexibility.
